Dylan has consulted with teachers and schools globally on how progressive pedagogy and modern learning environments impact learning and teaching. He has studied this topic as a part of his Masters Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership. Dylan held the position of Special Projects Manager of a learning space enhancement process for three years at the Western Academy of Beijing, and has contributed to classroom redesign in schools across four continents.
Dylan is a workshop presenter and passionate speaker about classroom redesign and innovative practices in education. He is an experienced international educator and school counselor with a deep appreciation of the power of the third teacher in enriching teaching and learning.
Dylan is an active member of the International Baccalaureate Educator Network and an Apple Distinguished Educator since 2007.

Nathaniel Atherton is the developer the ‘5 Essential Spaces’ framework. He is a learning spaces researcher and designer and has implemented innovative changes to classroom spaces and schools across the globe.
Nathaniel’s passion in the power of learning space design has lead him to share and present his work at conferences, including multiple EARCOS, Learning2 and ACAMIS Teacher Conferences as well as the Next Generation Learning Spaces Asia conference.
